After watching the T.V network Adult Swim (late night Cartoon Network).  I found that most of the commercials present between the show segments are targeted mostly toward young men.  With the vast amount of action movie trailers and fast food commercials, there’s no doubt it is for young adult men.  Since I am a young man, the commercials interested me a little.  All of the game commercials for upcoming games and the commercials for Gamefly, really peaked my interest.  And since towards the night I get kind of hungry.  The fast food commercials with sizzling hot burgers and spicy tacos really make me more hungry than I need to be.  The shows on Adult Swim really appeal to a small population of young men.  But I am no doubt part of that population.  Every show seems hysterical to me.  I own a lot of the seasons from some of the weirdest shows on the network.  I have a couple friends that almost despise Adult Swim.  They find that the humor that the network represents are lame and nonsensical.  So nonsensical that it’s not funny and just comes off weird.  But that is the kind of humor I love. 

                While watching Family Guy, which has an audience mainly of males, the network seem to pack in tons of movie commercials for upcoming action movies.  And action movies most definitely have an audience of men.  These ads appeal to me.  I am always interested in movies that are coming to theaters. 

                In the T.G.I Friday commercials they advertised their new line of appetizers and burgers that are humongous.  Burgers and appetizers that can be considered “man food.”  I have only been to Friday’s a few times.  So I don’t really remember what their food tastes like.  But I love appetizers and I love big burgers.
